Managing the Inventory Brands

Managing inventory brands in the system is straightforward. This guide will help you understand the features and steps required to add, edit, and import brands effectively.

Accessing the Brands Section

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Back Office.


  2. Click on Inventory from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Brands to open the Brands management page.

Adding a New Brand

To add a brand manually:

  1. Click the + Add New Brands button in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill out the required fields in the pop-up:
    • Title: Enter the brand name.
    • Vendors: Select a vendor from the dropdown list.
    • Inventory Item: Choose items associated with the brand.

  3. Click Add to save the new brand.
  4. Uploading Brands via Excel

For bulk uploads:

  1. Click the Upload Brands button.

  2. Download the provided sample Excel file by clicking the Sample Excel File link.



  3. Edit the file:
    • Include the required fields, ensuring accurate formatting.
    • Save your file in Excel format (.xlsx).
  4. Drag and drop the file into the upload area or click Browse Files to select your file.
  5. Click Submit to upload your data.

Editing or Deleting a Brand

  • To Edit: Click the pencil icon next to the brand name, make necessary changes, and save.
  • To Delete: Click the trash bin icon to permanently remove a brand.

Search and Filter Brands

Use the search bar at the top of the Brands page to quickly locate a brand by its title. You can also sort the list by creation date.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure that the title of each brand is unique for easier management.
  • Regularly review the inventory list to maintain an up-to-date database.
