Accessing Kitchen Deductions

  1. Log in to Your Qwizeen Account
    • Go to Qwizeen.io and log in using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Kitchen Deductions
    • From the Back Office menu on the left-hand side, click on Inventory.
    • Select Kitchen Deductions under the Inventory section.
    • The Kitchen Deductions page will display a list of all recorded deductions.

The Kitchen Deductions page is organized into the following columns:

  • Order ID: Unique identifier for each deduction record.
  • Delivery Date: The date the deduction was associated with.
  • Recipes: Recipes linked to the deduction (if applicable).
  • Date: When the deduction was recorded.

Search and Filter Options

You can search and filter kitchen deductions to find specific records:

  1. Search by ID: Use the search bar to look for a specific deduction by its Order ID.
  2. Select Item Inventory: Filter deductions based on specific inventory items.

  4. Select a Date: Use the date picker to view deductions within a certain time frame.

    • Click the Order ID link (e.g., #1963) to access further information about the deduction.
  3. Rows Per Page

To adjust the number of rows displayed on the page:

  • Use the Rows per page dropdown at the bottom of the list to choose the desired number of records displayed at once.
