The Kitchen Deductions feature in Qwizeen helps track item usage and waste in your kitchen inventory. By documenting deductions, you can better manage your stock, monitor resource utilization, and minimize unnecessary waste. Follow these steps to navigate and use the Kitchen Deductions feature effectively.

Accessing Kitchen Deductions

  1. From the main menu on the left, select Inventory.
  2. Under Inventory, click on Kitchen Deductions.


Using Kitchen Deductions

The Kitchen Deductions page allows you to view and search for item deductions by:

  • Order ID: Search by specific order IDs for detailed deduction tracking.


  • Item Inventory: Filter deductions by individual inventory items.


  • Date: Specify a date range to narrow down deductions to specific periods.

Click Search to display the results based on your selected filters.

Tips for Managing Kitchen Deductions

  • Update Deductions Regularly: Keep records accurate by entering deductions as soon as items are used or wasted.
