Fees Management
Step by step
In Qwizeen, you can manage various types of fees, including shipping fees and meal prep service fees, to customize pricing for your meal prep business. This guide will walk you through how to manage these fees in the Qwizeen platform.
- Accessing Fees Management
- Locate the left-hand menu on your dashboard.
- Navigate to the settings by clicking on the gear icon located on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the “setting” gear icon.
- Select “Fees”
- Under the Main settings, click on Fees to access the Fees Management page.
- Locate the Shipping Fees Field: On the Fees Management page, you’ll find a field labeled Shipping Fees.
- Enter the Shipping Fee: Input the desired shipping fee in the provided box. This fee will be applied to orders that require delivery.
- Select the Tips Type for Shipping Fees:
- Use the dropdown menu labeled Select tips type to choose how tips related to shipping fees will be handled.
- Use the dropdown menu labeled Select tips type to choose how tips related to shipping fees will be handled.
- Options may include fixed tips or percentage-based tips based on the total order amount.
- Setting Meal Prep Service Fees
- Locate the Meal Prep Service Fees Field: Below the Shipping Fees, you’ll find the field labeled Meal Prep Service Fees.
- Enter the Meal Prep Service Fee: Input the desired fee for your meal prep services. This fee is an additional charge added to the cost of the meals.
- Select the Tips Type for Meal Prep Service Fees:
- Similar to the Shipping Fees section, use the Select tips type dropdown to choose how tips for meal prep services will be calculated (e.g., fixed or percentage-based).

- Saving Changes
- Once you’ve entered the desired fees and selected the tips types, click on the green Save changes button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Your fee settings will now be applied to all relevant customer orders.
Managing Active and Inactive Fees
- Active Fees: The fees you set will automatically apply to all new customer orders.
- Inactive Fees: You can leave the fee fields blank if you don’t want to apply any shipping or service fees.
By using the Fees Management feature in Qwizeen, you can easily customize additional charges such as delivery or service fees to suit your business needs.
