Managing Meal Prep Orders in Qwizeen
Qwizeen offers a streamlined system for managing your meal prep orders. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of viewing, filtering, and acting on orders.
1. Navigate to Meal Prep
- From the main dashboard, select the Meal Prep option in the left-hand menu.
- Click on orders in the submenu
2. Viewing Orders
In the Orders page, you will see a list of your orders with important details like:
- Order ID: Unique identifier for each order.
- Delivery Date: Scheduled date for meal delivery.
- Plan: The type of meal plan (e.g., Family Friendly, Meat & Veggies).
- Size: The portion size of the order (e.g., Regular).
- Fees and Taxes: Any additional costs.
- Total Amount: The total cost of the order.
- Payment Status: Indicates if the order has been paid or not.
- Order Actions: Buttons for actions like viewing or editing the order.
3. Filtering Orders
To quickly find a specific order:
- Use the Search by order box at the top of the page.
- You can also apply filters by clicking on the Filter button, where you can sort by delivery date, plan type, or payment status.
4. Acting on Orders
Next to each order, there is an Act button. Clicking this will provide options to:
- View order details.
- Edit order if changes need to be made.
- Mark the order as paid if payment was received outside the platform.

- Delivery Tiers: Set up different delivery charges based on distance or area.
