Accessing the “Loyalty” Menu, and “Top Customers” Tab
Step by step
- Navigate to “Front Office”
- Locate the left-hand menu on your dashboard.
- Look for the “Front Office” icon, represented by a fork and knife.
- Click on the “Front Office” icon.
- Click on “Loyalty” > Sub Categories
- In the sidebar on the left, locate and click on the “Loyalty” menu. It is identified by a ⭐ star icon and the label “Loyalty”.
- The menu will expand to show more options related to loyalty programs.
- Access the “Top Customers” Tab
- Under the expanded “Loyalty” menu, click on the “Top Customers” tab.
- This will open the “Top Customers” page where you can view details about your top customers.
- Viewing Top Customers
- On the “Top Customers” page, you will see a search bar and a table listing customer information.
- The table includes columns for Customer Name, Current Points, Redeemed Points, Badge, Last Order Date, and Expired Points.
- If there are no top customers listed, it will display “No Available Data”.
Additional Tips - Ensure your customer data is up-to-date to see the most accurate information in the “Top Customers” tab.
- Use the search bar to quickly find specific customers or filter results.
