Meal Prep, Zone settings

Managing zones in Qwizeen allows you to set up different regions for your meal preparation services, ensuring efficient delivery and clear organization. This guide will walk you through the steps to add, edit, and manage zones.

Step by step 

Accessing the zone Settings through Meal Prep

1. Log in to your Qwizeen account.
2. Navigate to the Meal Prep section:
   

• Click on the “Meal Prep” icon on the left sidebar.
  
  
• Under the “Meal Prep” section, select “Zone Settings.”
  
  

Adding a New Zone

1. Click on the “+ Add Zone” button located on the right side of the screen.
   
   
   
2. Fill in the Zone Details:
   
   Zone Name: Enter a descriptive name for the zone (e.g., “Miami Warehouse”).
   Phone Number: Provide a contact number for the zone.
   Full Address: Enter the complete address of the zone location.
   Landline: Optional – enter a landline number if available.
   
   Additional Settings:
   

• Accept New Customer: Toggle this option to allow new customers in this zone.
• Disable Cancellation for Customer: Choose whether to allow customers to cancel orders within this zone.
• Allow Custom Pause: Enable this to allow temporary suspension of service in this zone.
• Enable Auto Order: Toggle this setting if you want orders to be automatically processed in this zone.

3. Enter “Force Running Payment For This Zone”
   

• Choose the day you want to force run payment. i.e Saturday, Sunday Monday, etc.
  
  
  
• Choose the time of the day you want to force run the payment. i.e 10 am, 10 pm, etc.
  

4. Input the next information required
   

• Is delivered, Delivery load, Cutoff days, Cutoff time, Payment cuttoff day and time
  
  
  
  

5. Enter zip codes accordingly, once the zip code is entered hit the “enter” button on your keyboard to successfully register the zip code
   
   
   

6. Click on the “Add” button to save the new zone.
   
   
   
7. Editing or Deleting a Zone
   

• To edit a zone:

Find the zone in the list and click on the “Edit” button next to the zone you want to modify.

Update the necessary details and click “Save.”
