Step by step

Creating and managing QR codes for your restaurant is easy with Qwizeen. These codes are perfect for customer interactions such as orders, payments, and reservations. Follow the steps below to generate QR codes for your location:

Step 1: Access the QR Code Settings

  1. Log in to your Qwizeen account.
  2. On the left-hand menu, navigate to the Settings section.
  3. Under Locations, select the QR Codes option to access the QR code management page.

Step 2: Choose the QR Code Type

  1. Once you’re on the QR Codes page, click on + Add QR Code.
  2. In the QR Type dropdown menu, select the type of QR code you need (e.g., Pickup, Reservation, etc.).

Step 3: Customize the QR Code

  1. Set up the QR code details:
    • You can upload a logo to personalize the QR code. Make sure the logo is in PNG or JPG format and does not exceed 5MB.
    • Adjust the width and height of the QR code to fit your needs (the default is 150px for both).
    • Set the margin and background color to match your branding.

  2. Advanced Options:
    • Image Size: Adjust the size of any images inside the QR code.
    • Dots Style and Color: Customize the style (square or circular) and color of the dots and corners of the QR code.
    • Corner Style: Choose between square or rounded corners for the QR code’s border.

Step 4: Preview and Download the QR Code

  1. On the right side, you’ll see a preview of your QR code. You can adjust your settings to fine-tune the design.

  2. Once satisfied with the look, click the Download button to save your QR code.
  3. Alternatively, click Generate QR Code to create the code and get a downloadable link.

Step 5: Use Your QR Code

  • Once downloaded, print the QR code or integrate it into your menu, website, or any marketing materials.
  • Customers can scan the code to place orders, make reservations, or interact with your restaurant in various ways.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure the QR code is clear and readable: If the code is too small or the contrast is low, it may be hard for customers to scan.
  • Test the QR code: Before distributing it, make sure to test the QR code with a mobile device to confirm it directs to the correct page or action.
