How to Invite Staff Members

Step by step

1. Log in to your account
   Access your Qwizeen.io account using your login credentials. Make sure you have administrator or management permissions to invite new staff members.

   

2. Access Team or Members Settings
   Once logged in, locate and click on the gear Icon which will display the options accordingly. > Click on the drop down option for “Team” > select “Team Members”

   

3. Locate the “Invite New Member” Option
   Within the team members management section, click on the option “+ Add Team Member”

   

4. Complete the invitation form
   Fill out the invitation form with the required information of the new staff member, including their full name, email address, and any other pertinent details.

   

5. (Optional) Customize your Invitation message
   Qwizeen.io, allows you to customize the invitation message that will be sent to the new staff member. If desired, you can add a personalized message to welcome the new member and provide any additional relevant information.

   

6. Send the Invitation
   After completing the invitation form and any customization, send the invitation by scrolling down and clicking the “Create” Button. This action will trigger an email containing instructions for the new staff member to join Qwizeen.io.

   

7. Verify the sent invitation
   After sending the invitation, verify that it was sent successfully by checking the list of staff members or the pending invitations section in your account settings.

   

8. (New Member) Accept the Invitation
   The new staff member will receive an invitation email with instructions on how to join Qwizeen.io. They will need to follow the link provided in the email and complete any necessary steps to accept the invitation and join the team.

9. Confirm the Association
   Once the new staff member has accepted the invitation and joined Qwizeen.io, you should receive a notification or confirmation in your account. Verify that the new member has been correctly added to the team members list.
   Congratulations! You’ve successfully invited a new staff member to join your team on Qwizeen.io. They can now access shared educational resources, content and contribute to the growth and development of your organization.
