Step by step
Overview Loyalty Tiers are a powerful way to reward your customers for their continued engagement with your business. By creating tiered rewards, you can provide incentives for customers to reach higher levels, enhancing their loyalty and encouraging repeat visits. In this guide, we will explain how to manage loyalty tiers in your platform.
Accessing Loyalty Tiers
- Navigate to the Loyalty section in the sidebar menu.
- Click on Tiers to view the list of existing VIP Tiers.
Viewing Existing Tiers In the VIP Tiers section, you will see a list of all your loyalty tiers, including:
- Icon: The visual representation of the tier.
- Tier Name: The name of the tier.
- Earn: The points required to reach the tier.
- Options to Edit or Delete a tier.
Creating a New Tier To add a new loyalty tier, follow these steps:
- Click on “Create New Tier”
- A form will appear allowing you to customize the new tier.
- Fill in the Tier Details:
- Name: Enter the name of the tier (e.g., Gold, Platinum).
- Description: Add a short description to explain the benefits of this tier.
- Customize the Icon:
- Select from the Default Icons or upload a Custom Icon. Ensure the uploaded icon is in PNG or JPG format and does not exceed 5MB.

- Set the Goal to Achieve:
- Type: Choose the type of reward system (e.g., points-based).
- Points Count: Enter the number of points required for a customer to reach this tier.
- Save the Tier:
- Once all fields are completed, click Save to add the new tier to your loyalty program.
Editing an Existing Tier To update an existing tier:
- Click Edit next to the tier you want to modify.
- Adjust the details, including name, description, icon, or points required.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Deleting a Tier If you need to remove a tier:
- Click Delete next to the tier.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt. Note: Deleting a tier is permanent and cannot be undone.
Best Practices
- Balance Point Requirements: Set realistic goals to encourage customer participation without making tiers too hard to achieve.
- Use Meaningful Names: Use tier names that resonate with your brand and customers.
- Regular Updates: Periodically review your tiers to ensure they align with your business goals and customer expectations.
