Guide to Access and Create a Loyalty Tier on
Step by step
- Navigate to “Front Office”
- Locate the left-hand menu on your dashboard.
- Look for the “Front Office” icon, represented by a fork and knife.
- Click on the “Front Office” icon.
- Click on “Loyalty” > Sub Categories
- In the sidebar on the left, locate and click on the “Loyalty” menu. It is identified by a ⭐ star icon and the label “Loyalty”.
- The menu will expand to show more options related to loyalty programs.
- Access the “Tiers” Tab
- Within the expanded “Loyalty” menu, click on the “Tiers” subcategory.
- This will open the VIP Tiers page where you can manage your loyalty tiers.
- Creating a New Tier
- On the VIP Tiers page, click on the Create new tier button located on the right side of the screen.
- Customize the Tier:
- You will be directed to the “Add new tier” page where you can customize your new VIP tier.
- Fill in Tier Details:
- Name: Enter the name of the tier in the Name field.
- Description: Provide a brief description of the tier in the Description field.
- Upload an Icon
- Under the Icon section, select Upload custom icon if you want to use your own icon.
- Click on the upload area and select the icon file from your computer (supported formats are PNG or JPG, maximum size 5MB).
- Set the Goal to Achieve:
- In the Goal to achieve section, define the requirements for this tier.
- Type: Select the type of requirement from the dropdown menu (e.g., Points gained).
- Points Count: Enter the number of points required to reach this tier.
Save the Tier:- After filling in all the details, click on the Save button located on the right side of the screen.
Confirmation:
- You will be redirected back to the VIP Tiers page where your newly created tier will be listed.
