How to Add Balance to Your Qwizeen Subscription
Managing your balance in Qwizeen ensures that your account stays active and your services run smoothly. Follow these steps to add funds to your Qwizeen subscription balance.
Step 1: Access the Subscription Settings
- Navigate to the Dashboard: Once logged into your Qwizeen account, locate the left-hand menu.
- Click on the Settings Icon (Gear): On the left-hand side, click on the gear icon to access the Settings section.
- Select “Subscription”: Under “Settings,” click on “Main,” and then select the “Subscription” tab.
Step 2: Add Funds to Your Balance
- Locate the Available Balance Section: At the top of the Subscription page, you’ll see your current available balance.
- Click on the Three Dots (More Options): Next to the available balance, click on the three dots to reveal additional options.
- Select “Add Funds”: From the dropdown menu, click on “Add Funds.”
Step 3: Enter the Amount and Payment Method
- Specify the Amount: Enter the desired amount you wish to add to your balance.
- Choose a Payment Method:
- If you already have a payment method on file, select it from the available options.
- To add a new payment method, click on “Add new card” and input your card details.
Step 4: Confirm the Addition
- Review the Details: Double-check the amount and payment method.
- Click on “Add Funds” or “Submit”: Confirm the transaction to add the specified amount to your balance.
