How to Manage Delivery Orders in Qwizeen

Managing delivery orders efficiently is crucial for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. This guide will walk you through the process of managing delivery orders using Qwizeen’s order management system.
- Navigate to “Front Office”
- Locate the left-hand menu on your dashboard.
- Look for the “Front Office” icon, represented by a fork and knife.
- Click on the “Front Office” icon.
- Access the Orders Management Section
- Navigate to Orders Management, On the left-hand side of the dashboard, locate the “Order management” menu option and click on it.
- Add a Delivery Order
On the Orders Management screen, click on the green + Add Order button located at the top right corner.
Select Delivery: From the dropdown menu that appears, choose Delivery to create a new delivery order.
- Viewing and Managing Existing Delivery Orders
- Find the Order: Use the search bar to locate the delivery order you want to manage. Enter search criteria such as order number, customer name, or phone number.
- Open Order Details: Click on the eye symbol (👁️) next to the order you wish to manage. This will take you to the Order Details page for that specific order.
- View Order Details: On the Order Details page, you can review all relevant information about the order, including:
- Order ID
- Order Type (Delivery)
- Payment Type
- Payment Status
- Order Status (e.g., In Kitchen, Ready for Delivery)
4. Edit, Decline or Pay the Order:
- Edit Order: Click on the Edit Order button if you need to make any changes to the order details, such as updating items or quantities. To do this, click on the “eye” icon on the far side next to the order you are looking to edit.
- Click on “Edit” order
Once the order has been modified accordingly click on “Update order”
b. Decline Order: Click on the Decline Order button if you need to cancel the order for any reason.
Upon clicking on “decline order” a pop up menu will appear, proceed to selecting the decline reason as listed in the second screenshot
Click on the “Decline” button to successfully decline the order in question
c. Pay the order: Click on the green “Pay” button, then another screen will open with all the order payment details; customer information, discount, coupon, tips, Payments: Credit card, Cash, Split payment, Gift card

If you click on the “change” button you can edit the customer information accordingly – change order type from Pick-up to delivery or dine in, change or add the customers
2. Discount, Coupons & Tips -If you click on the “change” button you add and apply discounts or coupons
3. Payments: Credit card, Cash, Split payment, Gift card
- Complete the Order:
- Once the delivery is completed and the order has been delivered to the customer, update the order status to Order Served on the Order Details page. This action marks the order as completed.
