Managing Notification Settings

Notifications in Qwizeen help keep you informed about various events, such as order updates, new customer registrations, reservations, and inventory changes. Here’s how to configure them.

Step 1: Access Notification Settings

  1. Log in to your Qwizeen account.
  2. Navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu.


  3. Click on Main, then select Notification Settings.

Step 2: Configuring Notification Scopes

  1. You’ll see various tabs for notification categories: Order, New Customer, Reservations, Labor Management, Inventory, Helpdesk, Feedback, Meal Prep, and Others.
  2. Select the tab related to the notification type you wish to configure.


Step 3: Setting Up Notification Preferences

  1. In each tab, you can see different Notification Scopes (e.g., “Order Delivered to Customer”).
  2. Under Frequency, choose when you want to receive notifications (options like “Instantly” are available).
  3. Enable notifications via different channels by clicking on the icons for SMS, Email, or In-app notifications.

Step 4: Activating or Deactivating Notifications

  1. Use the toggle switch under Availability to turn notifications on or off.
  2. To customize the notification content, click Edit Email or Edit SMS and modify the templates as needed.

Step 5: Saving Changes

  1. Once all settings are configured, your changes will be saved automatically.
