How to Manage User Subscriptions in Qwizeen

This article explains how to manage and add subscription plans for users within the Qwizeen platform.
Accessing the Plans Section
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Meal Prep > Plans.
- You’ll see a table listing all available subscription plans, including the following details:
- Name (Plan name)
- Number of meals
- Diet (e.g., Vegetarian, Keto)
- Price
- Size (e.g., Medium, Regular)
- Fees (percentage)
- Status (Active or Inactive)
How to Add a New Plan
To create a new plan:
- Click on the “+ Add Plan” Button:
- Located in the top-right corner of the “Plan Management” section.

- Fill in the Required Fields:
- Name: Enter the name of the plan (e.g., Good, Best, or Custom).
- Number of Meals: Specify how many meals the plan includes.
- Diet: Choose the diet type (e.g., Vegetarian, Keto, Low-Carb).
- Price: Enter the price for the plan (e.g., $4.00).
- Size: Select the portion size (e.g., Medium, Regular).
- Fees: Add the applicable percentage fee for this plan.
- Status: Set the plan to Active to make it available for users.
- Save the Plan:
- Click the add button to finalize the addition.
Editing or Deleting a Plan
- Edit a Plan:
- Click Edit next to the corresponding plan.
- Update the necessary details and save your changes.
- Delete a Plan:
- Click Delete to remove a plan from the list.
- Confirm the deletion to proceed.
Tips for Managing Plans
- Use descriptive names for your plans to make them clear for users.
- Regularly update inactive plans or adjust details like pricing and fees as needed.
- Keep the Status set to “Active” for plans currently in use.
