Managing user subscriptions on Qwizeen is simple and intuitive. This guide walks you through the steps to add, modify, or delete meal plans for your users.
1. Navigate to Meal Prep
- From the main dashboard, select the Meal Prep option in the left-hand menu.
- Click on Plans in the submenu
2. Adding a New Plan
- Click on the + Add Plan button on the top right corner of the Plan Management screen.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Name: Enter the name of the meal plan (e.g., Family Friendly, Meat & Veggies, etc.).
- Number of Meals: Specify the number of meals included in the plan.
- Diet: Choose the type of diet (e.g., Keto, Vegan, Paleo, etc.).
- Price: Set the price of the plan.
- Size: Select the portion size (e.g., Regular).
- Fees: Add any additional fees (e.g., delivery fees).
- Status: Set the status to Active or Inactive.
- Once all fields are filled out, click Save to create the plan.
3. Editing an Existing Plan
- In the Plan Management table, locate the plan you want to modify.
- Click the Edit button next to the plan.
- Make necessary changes to the plan’s details (such as meal count, diet, price, etc.).
- After editing, click Save to apply the changes.
4. Deleting a Plan
- To delete a plan, find the plan in the Plan Management table.
- Click the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion in the pop-up prompt. Once deleted, the plan will no longer be available for users.
5. Tracking Active Plans
- Each plan’s status is displayed under the Status column.
- Plans marked as Active are available to users, while inactive plans will not be selectable.
6. Additional Features
- You can filter plans based on the diet, number of meals, and fees.
- Use the search bar to quickly locate specific plans.
