Step by step
Meal Prep Plans in Qwizeen allow you to organize various meal offerings according to dietary preferences, meal sizes, and pricing. Here’s how to effectively manage and add plans within the Qwizeen platform.
1. Navigate to Meal Prep
- From the main dashboard, select the Meal Prep option in the left-hand menu.
- Click on Plans in the submenu
- This will take you to the Plan Management page where you can view, edit, or delete existing plans.
Adding a New Meal Plan
- Click the “Add Plan” Button: In the top-right corner of the Plan Management page, click on the green + Add Plan button.
- Fill in the Plan Details:
- Name: Enter a name for the meal plan (e.g., “Family Friendly”, “Meat & Veggies”).
- Number of Meals: Specify how many meals are included in the plan.
- Diet: Select the relevant diet for the plan from the dropdown list (e.g., Keto, Paleo, Vegan, etc.).
- Price: Set the price for the meal plan.
- Size: Choose the portion size (e.g., Regular, Large).
- Fees: Specify any additional fees associated with the plan.
- Status: Toggle the status between Active and Inactive.
- Save the New Plan: Once all the information is entered, click Add to save the plan. The plan will then be displayed as Active in the list unless you don’t have it set.
Editing or Deleting a Meal Plan
- Edit a Plan:
- Click Edit next to the plan you wish to modify.
- Make the necessary updates (e.g., change the number of meals, adjust the price, or update the diet).
- After making the changes, click Save to apply the updates.
- Delete a Plan:
- Click Delete next to the plan you wish to remove.
- A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the deletion to remove the plan from the list.
Managing Active and Inactive Plans
- Active Plans are available for customers to choose from in their meal prep orders.
- Inactive Plans will not be visible to customers but can be activated again later if needed.
