Recipes 

Step by step 

1. Navigating to the Recipes Menu
   

1. Login to the Dashboard: Start by logging into your dashboard on the Qwizeen platform.
   
2. Navigate to Back Office: On the left side menu of your screen, click on the Back Office option,
   
   
   

3. Access the Recipes Menu: Once logged in, you will see the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Locate and click on “Recipes” to expand the menu.
   
   

4. Open the Recipes List: Under the “Recipes” section, click on “Recipes” again. This will open the Recipes page where you can view and manage your recipes.
   
   
   

2. What is Displayed in the Recipes Menu

Upon opening the Recipes page, you will see a list of all the recipes currently in the system. The page is organized into several columns:

• Photo: Displays an image of the recipe, if available.
• Name: The name of the recipe.
• Type: The category or type of the recipe (e.g., meal, drink).
• Status: The current status of the recipe (e.g., active, inactive).
• Actions: Buttons to edit or delete the recipe.
  
  

3. How to Add a New Recipe

1. Click on Add Recipe: On the top right corner of the Recipes page, click on the “+ Add Recipe” button.
   
   

2. Fill in Recipe Details: A form will appear where you need to enter the details of the new recipe. This includes:

General

• Recipe Name (Title): The name of the recipe.
• Description: A description of the recipe.
• Photo: Upload an image of the recipe.
  
  
  
  

Ingredients

• Ingredients: List the ingredients required.
  1. Ingredients setup
  2. Set a timer for each ingredient
  3. Ingredient *Qty *Unit *Cost 
  4. Preparation time and Cook time 
     
     

• Inventory Item: Create inventory Item for recipe
  
  
  
• Cooking Instructions: Step-by-step preparation instructions.
  
  
• Status: Set the status to active or inactive.
  

3. Save the Recipe: Once all the details are filled in, click the “Add” button to add the new recipe to the system.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your recipes within the Qwizeen platform. This section is similar to managing inventory items, but focuses on culinary creations rather than stock.
